Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent patient outcomes
Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall patient experience
Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to achieve desired outcomes
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and address gaps in care and improve patient outcomes
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
