• Drive new businessfollow up on referrals, reach out to leads, and identify opportunities to help more families
• Guide customers through the processwalk them through options, applications, and renewals clearly and confidently
• Own your relationshipskeep accurate records and follow through so customers feel taken care of
• Partner with the teamwork alongside our office to deliver a smooth, top-notch customer experience
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You don’t need an insurance license to applywe’ll help you get one.
We’re looking for someone who has:
• Great people skills and loves building rapport
• Drive and consistency (you stay motivated without being micromanaged)
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Prior sales, customer service, or client-facing experience (a plus)
