We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to become a part of our team!
Generous Bonuses are given monthly for good performance, up to an extra 12k year!
$500 Rent Discount if you'd like an apartment for yourself after 90 day period.
Responsibilities:
- Market and Rent Apartments
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Manage your maintenance team
- Ensure all repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Communicate with Residents that are delinquent in rent to make payment plan or send to eviction
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Answer phone, emails
- Submit weekly reports on progress
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Fluent in Spanish or Spanish translation tools (Population in area is majority spanish speaking)
- Familiarity with tenant leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Social media and marketing skills to advertise apartments
- Excellent written and verbal comm
