Driver / Case Manager

We are seeking a reliable and organized Driver / Case Manager to support client transportation needs and assist with case management services. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in becoming a Certified Case Manager.

Qualifications

· Valid Ohio driver’s license

· Active auto insurance

· Routing and navigation experience required

· Clean driving record preferred

· Ability to document services accurately

· Willingness to become a Certified Case Manager

· Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

· Safely transport clients to and from appointments, programs, and services

· Plan and follow efficient driving routes

· Document transportation and case management services accurately

· Assist with case management tasks as assigned

· Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Schedule

· Part-time availability required

· Flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
