As a Housekeeping Manager at ISH Dining Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and integrity of our facilities, providing exceptional service to our clients, and contributing to a positive and healthy environment. Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department, including scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of staff performance
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Identify and address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
Participate in budgeting, planning, and special projects as needed
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and professional development
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Housekeeping management or a related field
Strong leadership and supervision skills
Floor care experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Hotel Administration, or a related field preferred
