Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cook to join our team at Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a leading skilled nursing facility in Ridgeland, South Carolina. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food services to our residents. Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of meals and snacks to residents

• Clean and reset the dining room and kitchen areas to ensure tidiness

• Maintain correct dietary orders and communicate with caregivers and families

• Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure meal planning and preparation meet resident needs

• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals

Cook Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred

• Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends

• Reliable, dedicated, punctual, and compassionate with excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Prior experience with elderly and disabled individuals a plus
