Welding Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG/TIG welding on prototype vehicle structures and components
- Follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and weld specifications
- Support fabrication, fit-up, and structural modifications
- Inspect weld quality and ensure compliance with standards
- Work closely with engineering and build teams to address issues
Preferred:
- Prior welding experience (automotive or similar industry preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Understanding of weld symbols and measurement tools
Vehicle Assembly Technician
Responsibilities:
- Assemble prototype vehicles according to engineering specifications
- Install mechanical, electrical, and interior components
- Troubleshoot fitment and part issues during builds
- Perform rework and adjustments as designs evolve
- Maintain build quality while meeting daily targets
Preferred:
- Mechanical aptitude or prior assembly experience
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to read basic work instructions or diagrams
Paint Technician
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle surfaces (sanding, masking, cleaning)
- Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat finishes
- Perform touch-ups and refinishing as required
- Ensure quality standards for appearance and finish
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures
Preferred:
- Automotive paint/refinish experience preferred
- Knowledge of paint systems and spray equipment
- Strong attention to detail and finish quality
Additional Requirements (All Roles):
- Ability to stand, bend, and move in/around vehicles for extended periods
- Ability to lift and handle components as needed
- Willingness to work overtime with short notice when required
