Job Title: Dietary Aide
Location: Haven of Ridgeview, Oblong IL

Schedule: Part time AM and PM

Haven of Ridgeview is seeking compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Dietary Aides to join our dietary services team for part-time AM and PM shifts. In this role, you will help provide residents with an enjoyable dining experience while supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Serve meals in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure food is presented attractively and follows dietary guidelines

• Set up trays, carts, and dining areas

• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen sanitation

• Prepare and distribute snacks

• Follow portion control, food safety, and infection control procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dining areas

• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents and guests

• Must be available to work weekends and some holidays

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills

• Food service or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
