What You’ll Do:
Create customized treatment plans that help patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence.
Use your expertise to assess, treat, and educate patients and families on recovery strategies.
Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, and physicians to provide top-notch, patient-centered care.
Track patient progress and celebrate improvementsevery step forward counts!
Maintain compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida with a passion for subacute rehabilitation.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and clinical skills.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Prior experience in skilled nursing or subacute settings is a plus.
For per diem applicants: ability to work 10–15 hours per week consistently.
Schedule:
Full-Time: Standard hours with occasional weekend coverage.
