Stylish, fast-paced, innovative and expanding retailer in American Dream Mall is searching for experienced, talented Store Leadership Team. Must be able to successfully lead teams and build partnerships. Responsibilities include:

Engage with customers and develop loyalty
Ensure service and merchandising meets or exceeds company expectations
Coach and lead teams to success
Possess ability to manage up and create partnerships with Executive Leadership Team
Excellent business operations skill set
Must excel at communication both written and verbal
Must poses the desire to stand out among peer group
Ability to change quickly in a growing marketplace
Competitive nature a plus
Must be brand passionate and possess global creative vision and able to execute successfully
