Part-Time & Full-Time In-Home Caregivers

Pay Range: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

As a Non-Medical In-Home Caregiver, you will provide personalized support based on each client’s individual needs and care plan. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with everyday routines and personal needs
• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Helping with meals and light household activities
• Offering mobility and safety support
• Assisting with errands and other daily activities
• Providing reminders, encouragement, and supervision
• Supporting clients with memory-related needs
• Completing basic care documentation
• Communicating updates or concerns to the care team

Specific responsibilities will vary depending on the client and assigned care plan.

• Is compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable
• Enjoys helping others maintain their independence
• Provides attentive and reliable support
• Communicates professionally with clients, families, and team members
• Is at least 18 years old
• Has caregiving experience or transferable personal-care experience
