RN Supervisor

Registered Nurse (RN)

Seeking an experienced and talented Supervisor, Registered Nurse for a full-time position. A successful candidate for this position will need to be compassionate and attentive, as well as flexible and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Nursing Dept staff to ensure high-quality resident care and smooth operations

• Ensure Staff follow policies, procedures, protocol

• Handle emergencies, including administering medication and performing CPR

• Communicate with physicians, therapists, social services, and other professionals to coordinate care plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Approach or address all situations professionally and promptly

• Assist in activities of daily living

• Maintain resident records and ensure accuracy
