We’re looking for a Foodservice Specialist who’s passionate about customer service, committed to quality, and excited to make an impact in our store’s caf and foodservice area.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our foodservice team, you’ll help create a clean, inviting, and customer-focused environment every day. Your responsibilities will include:
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service- Greet every customer with a warm, friendly attitude
- Assist with purchases and provide helpful recommendations
- Share samples and promote specials to boost engagement and sales
Keep Our Food Lookingand TastingIts Best- Prepare, present, and maintain stock levels of all food items
- Ensure proper storage, dating, rotation, and quality standards
- Support new foodservice program rollouts and sampling initiatives
Maintain a Clean, Safe, CustomerReady Space- Clean counters, equipment, floors, and storage areas
- Monitor the kiosk and assist customers with ordering
- Address equipment issues and notify management when needed
Support Smooth Store Operations- Monitor customer lines and open registers as needed
- Complete required training and assist with onboarding new associates
- Help audit food inventory and support accurate stock levels
- Jump in on additional tasks as assigned by management

Education Requirements:
- Foodservice Specialist / Caf Foodservice Specialist: No education requirement
- Lead Foodservice Specialist: High School Diploma or GED
- Comfortable standing forup to 8 hours
- Able to occasionally lift up to30 lbsand climb ladders
- Willing to workweekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic math and computer skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay for this position starts at: $16.00 per hour
