Lamborghini of Paramus is seekingan experienced automotiveParts Manager to join and lead our Parts team. This is a management level role so we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of automotive Parts Manager experience. This person must be a team player and have thedealership’s best interest in mind.

- Forecastsgoalsandobjectivesforthedepartmentandstrivestomeetthem.
- Hires,trains,motivate,counselsandmonitorstheperformanceofallpartsdepartmentstaff.
- Meetandassistthecustomerinacourteousandprofessionalmannerprovidingthemwiththeinformationtheyneed.
- Supervisesstockorderprocedures.
- Ensurethatincominginventoryisstockedinthecorrectlocation.
- Maintainabalancedinventoryconsistentwiththerequirementsofthedefinedareas.
- Accuratelypricepartsandaccessoriesusingtheproperpricingsourceandkeepthecomputersystemuptodate.
- Enforcesafetyrequirements.
- DemonstratesbehaviorsconsistentwiththeCompany’sValuesinallinteractionswithcustomers,co-workersandvendors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Twoormoreyear’srelatedexperienceinanautomotivepartsmanagementpositionpreferred.
