Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver exceptional meals
- Understand and confidently describe menu items
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- At least 2 years of full-service restaurant experience
- Experience with scratch cooking
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Team player with solid communication skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
