Part-time in-home RBT

Looking for a Part-Time RBT – Conroe, TX

Hi! We’re looking for a kind, patient, and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with a sweet 3-year-old with autism in his home in Conroe.

Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9 AM–3 PM

We’d love to find someone who genuinely enjoys working with little ones and can make learning and skill-building fun through play and everyday activities.

We’re hoping to find someone who:

• Is a current RBT or has completed the 40 hour course work
• Has experience working with toddlers/preschool-aged children
• Is patient, playful, reliable, and encouraging
• Can help support communication, social skills, independence, and positive behaviors
