Exciting Opportunity! BC Machine Operator at Ethicon(A Johnson & Johnson Company)
Pay Rate: $21.73/hr | 4-On/4-Off Schedule | Night Shifts

Training & Shift Information:
  • Training Availability: Must be available for either Day shift (6:30 am – 6:30 pm) or Night shift (6:30 pm – 6:30 am) placement during training.
  • Permanent Shift: All Kelly employees will move to Night shift (6:30 pm – 6:30 am) after completing training.
Hiring Requirement:Mandatory ACT WorkKeys Assessment
  • All applicants must successfully complete a 4-5 hour ACT WorkKeys assessment as part of the application process.
*Required to interview prior to test scheduling.
  • Strong assessment performance is required for employment consideration.
What You’ll Do:
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust high-tech machinery for sterile suture production
  • Load/unload products and inspect for quality
  • Complete packaging and documentation
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all safety, quality, and environmental protocols (ISO 13485, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001)
  • Communicate proactively with your team and management
  • Support reporting and deep cleaning tasks
  • Perform other assigned duties
Additional Benefits & Requirements:
  • Solid work history with an updated resume required
  • Dress Code: No makeup, jewelry, fake nails, or eyelashes; Dickies or scrubs and safety-toed shoes
  • Physical Needs: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
  • Safety and environmental training attendance required
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
  • Previous employees or current workers will undergo eligibility checks
