Automation Personnel Services isseekingCAM DriveScrew MachineOperatorsfor a company based in Clearwater, FL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for operating CNC Machines such asmulti-spindlescrew machines,CAM-Driven machines, engine lathes,manual lathes,Euroturnand Davenport.
Pay Rate:
$21.00- $26.00per hour,depending on experience.
Schedule and Hours:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift; will train on 1st shiftfrom 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Monday to Friday - overtime is mandatory.
- 1st shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- 2nd shift: 3:15 pm – 11:45 pm
CAM DriveMulti-SpindleScrewMachineOperatorDuties and Responsibilities:
- OperateEuroturnand Davenport multi-spindle screw machinesand ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, micrometers,calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
- Run quality parts ataspecified rate,verify settings by measuring positions, adjusting, and reprogramming controls.
- Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling, and thread-chasing operations.
- Perform tool changes,adjustments, and minor repairs/maintenance to equipment.
- Maintainscontinuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
CAM DriveMulti-SpindleScrewMachineOperatorQualifications & Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+years’ experience operating multi-spindle machineswith CNC capability
- Must haveexperience withscrewmachines and CAM-Drive equipment.
- Willingnessto learn all aspects of the duties required while going through on-siteEuroturnoperator training program.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics,precision measuring tools,micrometers, calipers and basic understanding of Gcode programming.
