As a Call By Call Sales Manager is a sales position managing the service techs and you will play a crucial sales role helping customers with their HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical needs and you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

  • Prior experience as a Sales Representative or In-Home Sales

  • Working with the Sales Manager to develop the service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed at the profit levels required to achieve profitability goals.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Sales Representative or In-Home Sales
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Proficient Service Titan software is a plus
