Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and service-minded individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative. In this hybrid service and sales role, you’ll act as an extension of the agent handling inbound service needs, answering calls, assisting clients with policy changes, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. At the same time, you’ll actively identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products, quote referrals, and earn commissions for new business you help generate.
This is a full-time opportunity with room for long-term growth and advancement in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and provide top-tier service and support.
- Process policy changes, billing questions, and general account updates.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products during service calls and quote referral business.
- Assist with outbound follow-ups and client outreach as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the agent and team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:- Must be willing to obtain state insurance licenses.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable with phone-based interactions and discussing product options with clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
