As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive and seamless experience every time they visit us. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Answering questions about our machines, services, and facility.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundromat.
- Troubleshooting minor machine issues or escalating them to the appropriate team member.
- Handling customer concerns or feedback with professionalism and care.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for customers.
