Penalty Box Bar & Grill is hiring a Full-Time Counter Help / Cashier to join our front-of-house crew!
No restaurant experience? No problem we will train you! Bring a positive attitude, great customer service energy, and a readiness to jump in.
Because this role includes serving alcoholic beverages, you must be 18+ to apply.
We’re a family-run hockey-rink restaurant, serving great food to players, parents, fans, and birthday party guests. If you love staying busy, working with people, and being part of the rink community this job is for you.
Role Type & Location:
- Full-Time.
- Salem, NH inside the Salem Icenter.
- Must be 18 or older to serve alcoholic beverages.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests & take orders with a friendly attitude.
- Run the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Serve food and assist with light prep.
- Serve draft/canned beverages (18+ required).
- Maintain clean dining & prep areas.
- Stock supplies, assist with inventory & restocking.
- Help with birthday parties & rink events.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and team support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18+.
- Positive, reliable, customer-focused attitude.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Enjoys fast-paced environments.
- Able to stand and move during shifts.
- Full-time availability mix of weekdays, nights & weekends.
