Associate Attorney

The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing a personal injury litigation caseload from the filing of a complaint through trial. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

• Day-todayhandlingofcasesfromfilingofthecomplainttotrial.
• Communicationwithopposingcounsel.
• Takinganddefendingdepositionsofpartiesandwitnesses.
• Makingcourtappearances.
• Reviewingdrafteddocumentsfromstaff.
• Auditinglitigationcasefiles.
• Trialpreparation.
• Settlementnegotiations.
• Settlement/dispositiveproceedings[Mediations,arbitrations,etc.]
