Role: Midlevel Associate (3–5 years)

Location: Princeton, NJ
Salary: $290,000 - $360,000
Schedule: Fulltime, 1,850 minimum annual billable hours.
Core Requirements:
- 3–5 years of prior experience with an Am Law or highly reputable boutique law firm
- Strong academic credentials and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar membership in the state of New Jersey
Key Experience:
- Advising publicly traded companies
- Federal securities law compliance
- Public & private securities offerings
- Stock exchange listings and ongoing compliance
- Corporate governance
Preferred Skills:
- Venture finance transactions
- M&A experience
Compensation:
- Base salary range: $225K – $435K
- Final comp depends on experience, market factors, etc.
