Front Desk / Guest Services Associate (Full-Time)

Location: Olde Florida Motorcoach & RV Resort – LaBelle, FL

POSITION SUMMARY

The Guest Services Associate manages reservations and guest experience at the Welcome Center.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations.
• Answer phones using OFMCRV standards.
• Provide maps, recommendations, schedules.
• Handle packages and mail.
• Maintain Welcome Center cleanliness.
• Support guest events and activities.
• Resolve concerns professionally.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Hospitality/customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Friendly, engaging, and solutions-oriented

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Weekends/holidays required
• Occasional evenings as needed
