About the Role
We are a growing automotive tint and protection shop looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to assist with window tinting and general shop operations. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning a skilled trade while working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with automotive window tint installation
- Prepare vehicles for tinting (cleaning, taping, setup)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and workspace
- Support technicians with daily workflow
- Handle basic warehouse/shop tasks (inventory, trash, tools, supplies)
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Comfortable working on your feet and in a garage/shop environment
- Prior experience in tinting, detailing, or automotive work is a plus (not required)
Compensation
- $7.25–$15/hour depending on experience
- Opportunity to learn window tinting and grow into a full technician role
Schedule
- Flexible part-time hours (15–25 hours/week)
- Some weekend availability preferred
