Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor
Job Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees daily production operations in a food manufacturing environment, working closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. This role leads production employees and Line Leads on an overnight shift, drives adherence to GMP, food safety, and safety standards, and fosters a positive, accountable, and continuously improving work environment.

Work Environment
This role is based in a food manufacturing facility and follows an overnight schedule, typically from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, three and a half days per week. The schedule includes one weekend day depending on whether the shift covers the front or back half of the week, and the position may require being on-call as needed. The environment involves high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment, adherence to GMP, SQF, HACCP, and food safety standards, and close collaboration with Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and Warehouse teams. This is an exempt position, and compensation is based on experience. Relocation assistance is available for candidates who are moving for the role. The company provides uniforms and an annual protective shoe stipend to support safety and comfort on the production floor. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
