• Perform final stages of grinding and finish material in the plasma department
• Operate grinding equipment to ensure top-quality products
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals
• Assist Plasma Operators with material handling and heavy loads

• Solid written and oral communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to multi-task
• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to stand long periods and lift at least 50 lbs
• Preferably with a high school diploma/GED and production experience

• Machine Operation
• Forklift Sit-down operation
• Grinding and material handling expertise
• Ability to operate plasma equipment and machinery
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
