About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman Plumber with strong commercial service experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician who thrives in a customer-facing environment, can diagnose issues quickly, and takes ownership of their work from start to finish.

You will be trusted to run service calls independently, communicate directly with customers, and provide solutions that keep facilities operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on commercial plumbing systems
• Operate and utilize sewer machines and camera equipment
• Conduct leak detection and troubleshooting of plumbing systems
• Complete break/fix repairs efficiently and professionally
• Provide small work estimates directly to customers in the field
• Communicate clearly with customers, building managers, and facility teams
• Maintain accurate service documentation and job notes
• Represent Mechanical Partners Inc. with professionalism at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License (Required)
• Proven experience in commercial plumbing service
• Experience with:
• • Sewer machines
  • Camera inspections
  • Leak detection
  • Break/fix service work
• Ability to diagnose issues independently and provide solutions
• Strong customer communication and relationship skills
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with municipal, school, or facility maintenance contracts
• Ability to upsell or identify additional service opportunities
• OSHA certification
