Memory Training Centers of Florida is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Compliance Coordinator to support our clinical team with patient documentation, progress reviews, and compliance processes.
This is a great opportunity for someone pursuing a degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field who wants exposure to the operational side of behavioral healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate approximately 20 patient progress reviews per week
- Track review deadlines and follow up with clinicians
- Review patient charts and clinical notes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Audit documentation for missing signatures, diagnosis changes, duplication, and other compliance concerns
- Create and update treatment plans and progress note templates
- Provide clinicians with feedback and follow up on required documentation changes
- Monitor documentation requests and assist with time-sensitive needs
- Prepare monthly and quarterly EHR attestation reviews
- Support additional compliance and administrative projects as needed
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a BSW, MSW, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and learning EHR/Trello systems
- Able to work independently and follow established processes
- Healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus, but not required
