Lead the expansion efforts by identifying and securing new opportunities within the Lancaster market.
Meet with potential clients to evaluate their financial protection needs and suggest appropriate coverage.
Develop and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline through local community engagement and networking.
Educate clients on the value of their insurance products to ensure they feel confident in their coverage.
Collaborate with the broader team to refine outreach tactics and share best practices.
Participate in regular strategy sessions to align your sales efforts with the company's growth milestones.
Active Pennsylvania Life and Health insurance license.
Minimum three years of experience in insurance sales or professional client services.
Strong organizational skills for managing a pipeline of diverse prospects.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and empathetically.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with lead generation strategies.
Proficiency in using digital calendar and database management tools.
