About This RoleBridgewater Learning Centeris growing, and we are looking for self-motivated, mission-driven, reliable, and flexible individuals to join our team. We seek a floater Monday through Friday.
What You'll Do- Assisting teachers for the day
- Assisted in closing down classrooms for the day (taking out garbage, disinfecting toys, etc.)
- Help maintain and clean and functional classroom
- Supervise children assigned to their care for the day
- Effectively communicate with parents and co-workers as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be willing to take and maintain state-mandated training
- 18 years of age or older
- Be comfortable working with varying age groups (Infants - PreK)
- Must be active in the Christian faith
Nice To Haves- 1 year experience working in the Early Childhood Education Field
- Knowledge of SUTQ (Step Up To Quality) is a plus
