As a Personnel Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting our hiring and personnel processes. From reviewing applications and conducting interviews to helping ensure a positive candidate experience, you'll be a key part of building our team.

• Review employment applications and screen candidates
• Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process
• Maintain accurate personnel and applicant records
• Communicate professionally with applicants, employees, and management
• Support daily administrative and recruiting functions
• Help ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous office, administrative, HR, or recruiting experience is a plus

Part-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday10:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Bridgeville Office (Not a remote position)
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Paid Weekly Every Friday
