WhatYou’llDo:
- Build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the recruitment process
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
- Source candidates viaa number ofplatforms
- Review resumes and applicationstoidentifyqualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone/virtualinterviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications
- Verifycredentials and references
- Scheduleand coordinate onsiteinterviews
- Manage the closing process withcandidates post interview
- Stayup to dateon industry trends and best practices
- Attend job fairs and conferences
What You Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 yearphysician recruitingexperiencestronglypreferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and resume databases
- Experience managing andoverseeingcandidate evaluation, schedulingvideo and onsite interviews, andconducting closing calls with candidates
- Ability to effectively communicate with C-Suite, VPs, Directors, etc.
- Professional demeanor and ability to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
