Trust Pharmacy is a family-owned pharmacy group proudly serving the Tampa Bay community through our retail, compounding, and long-term care pharmacy services. We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team and help us deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately
- Enter prescriptions into the pharmacy system
- Prepare and label medications, including packaging and filling
- Support long-term care medication preparation (bubble packs/blister packaging preferred)
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist with inventory management and medication ordering
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License (prefered)
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
- Experience in Retail or Long-Term Care Pharmacy preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with pharmacy software systems preferred
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
- Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience
- Experience with blister packaging or medication carts
- Familiarity with eMAR systems
- Inventory and ordering experience
