We're looking for hardworking, dedicated salespeople who are bilingual (English/Spanish) to work our real time, internet generated in our GEICO Tampa local office. Our office works year round to grow and retain clients who entrust their auto, property and other lines of other insurance to us.

As a bilingual sales professional, you will be rewarded for helping out local GEICO office engage all prospects in the market including the growing Hispanic consumer segment.

• Guide customers through the insurance buying process by explaining coverage options clearly and accurately.
• Develop personalized insurance quotes that offer meaningful protection for our customers' lives and assets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers to help them make confident decisions.
• Maintain accurate client records within our internal systems to ensure smooth service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to reach branch goals while supporting one another's professional growth.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep your product knowledge sharp and your service skills top-notch.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Active Property and Casualty insurance license
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple digital systems simultaneously.
• Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds with empathy and warmth.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles.
