Clayton Services is searching for aBilingual Order Puller/Selectorto join a thriving company in Northwest Houston. TheBilingual Order Puller/Selectorwill be responsible for accurately selecting orders, preparing products for shipment, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Must be able to pass a background and drug screening before starting.
Bilingual Order Puller/Selector Responsibilities:
- Pull, select, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Use an electric pallet jack to move products throughout the warehouse
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and order details before shipment
- Build, wrap, and stage pallets for delivery or distribution
- Load and unload products as needed
- Check products for damages, discrepancies, or quality concerns
- Assist with inventory counts and product organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in English and Spanish
- Other duties as assigned
Bilingual Order Puller/Selector Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and meet daily productivity goals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Bilingual Order Puller/Selector Education and Experience:
- Previous warehouse, order pulling, order selecting, logistics, or distribution experience is required
- Previous experience operating an electric pallet jack is required
- Previous experience building and staging pallets is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
