Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their risk management needs.

Provide clear, accurate explanations of coverage options to ensure clients make informed decisions.

Manage and nurture a growing book of business through consistent client check-ins.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our policyholders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files in accordance with industry regulations.

Participate in local community events to increase agency visibility and build meaningful connections.

Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales.

Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding established sales goals.

Strong command of agency management systems and digital document organization.

Ability to commute daily to our office location in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening and clarity.
