We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of retail sales associates
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track daily figures and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Opening/Closing daily procedures
- Daily store operations and tasking
- Maintain great customer service
- Protecting merchandise with Loss Prevention policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in retail clothing industry
- Must have held keys previously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Availability to work nights and weekends
