The Human Resource Benefit Specialist plays a crucial role within a dedicated benefits team, ensuring effective administration and compliance of employee benefit programs. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this specialist supports both employees and the organization by managing benefit processes, policies, and education.

Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefit programs and processes
  • Monitor compliance with relevant laws and company policies
  • Prepare and maintain accurate benefits reports
  • Implement and update benefit policies as required
  • Conduct training and education sessions on benefit programs
  • Assist employees with benefit claims and inquiries
