Description:
Job Summary:
Assemble products by hand and /or with machinery, and various hand tools. The position will require a responsible person with good productivity, mechanical ability.
Function of Position:
- Assemble or pack product in a production environment
- Test or inspect product
- Some light machining such as reaming, drilling and tapping
- Work with Foreman, Inspection and Design personnel to insure quality parts
- Cleaning, inventory, maintenance, housekeeping, and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Skills:
- Must follow written and verbal instructions
- Must have good basic math skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must have some Windows PC experience
- Ability to communicate and work with people in office, factory, and inspection
- Must work well independently and in a team environment
- MUST be safety oriented
- Ability to read and interpret calipers, and blueprints a plus
Experience:
- 1-3 years of work experience in manufacturing preferred, but will train the right individual
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
