Meat processing facility for cattle, swine, and lamb in need of experienced butcher for carcass breakdown off-the-rail. Primal breakdown all the way to retail cuts. Experience with ready retail cuts required. Only experienced candidates will be considered for this position. Competitive pay. We are not hiring entry level for this position.
