Key Responsibilities:

• Follow work instructions and safety protocols
• Operate air and hand tools and heavy equipment
• Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Meet production goals with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Strong coordination, stamina, and communication skills
• Must be 18 or older, legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background/drug screenings
