We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Bilingual Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing insurance agency. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, confident speaking with customers, highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales.
The Insurance Sales Producer will generate new business, follow up with leads, provide insurance quotes, explain coverage options, close sales, and build long-term relationships with clients. The position requires excellent communication skills, consistent follow-up, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while being part of a team.

Responsibilities- Generate and follow up with new leads
- Quote and sell personal and commercial insurance products
- Make inbound and outbound sales calls
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Identify cross-selling opportunities
- Follow up consistently to close sales
- Meet monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information
Requirements- Fluent in English and Spanish speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Must be comfortable making inbound and outbound phone calls
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Must be willing to obtain a Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License if not already licensed
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Previous insurance, mortgage, real estate, banking, or automotive sales experience is a plus
