Pay Rate: $12.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for dependable and hardworking Bakers to join an industrial baking operation. This position involves assisting with the preparation, production, baking, and packaging of baked goods in a fast-paced production environment.
The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work on their feet for extended periods, comfortable working in an industrial setting, and able to follow recipes, instructions, and food-safety procedures.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with preparing and mixing ingredients according to recipes and production instructionsMeasure and portion ingredients accuratelyPrepare dough, batters, and other baking productsOperate baking and production equipment as trainedMonitor products during the baking and production processInspect finished products for quality and consistencyAssist with cooling, packaging, labeling, and organizing finished productsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety proceduresWork efficiently as part of a production teamPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsReliable and dependable attendanceStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to follow recipes, instructions, and safety proceduresComfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environmentAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workdayPrevious baking, food production, manufacturing, or kitchen experience is a plus, but not requiredWillingness to learn and work as part of a team
