Inside Sales Representative

ScaleHouse Talent is partnering with a growing bathroom remodeling company in Springdale, Arkansas, to expand its call center team. We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to turn inbound leads and existing customer interest into qualified in-home appointments.

You’ll speak with homeowners, build rapport, qualify their needs, overcome objections, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This is a sales-focused role, not a receptionist or customer-service-only position. We’re looking for someone confident on the phone, motivated by results, and comfortable asking for the appointment.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to homeowners through warm leads no cold prospecting from scratch
  
• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
  
• Qualify interested homeowners and schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives
  
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs dials per day, appointments set, demos issued, andquality scores
  
• Overcome objections and maintain a positive, high-energy presence on the phone

What It Takes to Succeed

• Clear, confident, high-energy phone presence

• Comfortable following a script and filling out forms accurately
  
• Motivated by performance pay and a consistent recent work history
  
• Appointment-setting, BDC, inside sales, or similar experience preferred
  
• Ability to submit to and pass a background check
