Position Overview:

As a Server at The Legend Clubs, your duties are to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers. Your dedication to hospitality and passion for creating lasting memories will contribute to the unique charm and reputation of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Present menus to guests, providing detailed explanations and answering any questions they may have about menu items, specials, or club amenities.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, making thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Manage assigned tables throughout the dining experience, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to club standards.
• Process bill payments accurately, providing friendly and prompt service while handling cash, credit card transactions, and any other forms of payment.
• Listen attentively to guest feedback, addressing any complaints or concerns with empathy and a positive attitude, striving to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining a seamless flow of service for guests.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to connect with guests.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
• A team player mindset, with a positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet the demands of our operation.

Education and Training:

Must be over the age of 18.

The Legend is Wisconsin’s only private club to feature 72 holes of golf, all located in Central Wisconsin. Our four courses range in design from the tree-lined, traditional style of The Legend at Merrill Hills, to the modern, Jack Nicklaus–inspired design of The Legend at Bristlecone, to The Legend at Bergamont designed by two-time U.S. Open Champion Andy North, and finally to the timeless Pete Dye–inspired design of The Legend at Brandybrook.
