The vast majority of our warehouse positions at Integra Business Alternatives are temp to perm, meaning the company you are assigned to has the option to hire you on after a 60-90 day probationary period. This is similar to a test run to ensure temporary employees are a good fit for the organization. Warehouse employees are responsible for a variety of daily tasks in support of the organization's core goals and standards. This may include
- Processing and loading/unloading orders.
- Picking/pulling orders for shipment.
- Packing/processing orders.
- Inventory control.
- Working with a sense of urgency to maintain production goals.
- Punctuality.
- Providing quality service.
- Contributing to team effort.
- Completes appropriate paperwork/reports by entering required information.
- Promoting a clean shipping/supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Preserving a safe and clean work environment.
