What You'll Do:

• Travel to customer locations including dealerships, auctions, and other automotive partners to perform mobile repairs.

• Repair cosmetic wheel damage including curb rash, scrapes, gouges, peeling finishes, oxidation, and bent wheels.

• Remove tires and wheels from vehicles as needed for repair and refinishing.

• Use sanding, grinding, painting, and refinishing techniques to restore wheels to like-newcondition.

• Repair rips, tears, burns, stains, and other cosmetic damageinvehicle interiors.

• Mix dyes and restore leather, vinyl, and other interior surfaces tolike-newcondition.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, build strong customer relationships, and promote our services.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality, craftsmanship, and safety.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your day effectively.

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks and precision work.

• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, climb, and work on your feet throughout the day.

• Ability tolift upto 75 pounds.

• Vision abilitiesincludingclose, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

• Valid driver's license anda good drivingrecord.

• Auto painting, collision repair, refinishing, or related experience is preferred but notrequired.
