Customer Account Manager

Bev-Hub, one of the fastest growing co-packers in the Midwest, is seeking a Customer Account Manager who will serve as the primary connection between our customers and our operations team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating projects, solving challenges, and helping our clients grow.

This role collaborates closely with Operations, Scheduling, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Logistics teams to support customer success while driving long-term business partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Experience in beverage manufacturing, food manufacturing, co-packing, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or inventory management systems

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing or a related field
